Avocats Sans Frontières France (ASF France) has completed a second mission to the camps in north-east Syria, where children and adolescents have been detained for almost five years. We returned on 27 August 2024 and are still reeling from the violence they have suffered. Their return to France has become an urgent necessity. The alarming living conditions in these facilities highlight the need for rapid intervention to protect these young people. ASF France, with the support of the Conseil national des barreaux (CIB) and the Paris Bar, is calling for the safe reintegration of these children in France.
